Fenchurch Law expands construction and property claims disputes capabilities with Robenalt appointment

Fenchurch Law, the leading UK firm working exclusively for policyholders and brokers on insurance coverage disputes, has expanded its construction and property claims disputes capabilities with the appointment of Jim Robenalt as senior associate.

Jim has over a decade of experience in litigating coverage disputes arising from property damage, bodily injuries, construction defects and environmental liability, working both for and against a number of leading insurers on first and third-party claims. He has also advised on claims notification and claims management issues.

He joins from US law firm Williams Kastner which is based in Seattle and Portland. He holds a dual license to practice in the UK and US and graduated from Cornell University with a BA and earned his law degree at Ohio State Law School.
