HDI Global Specialty renews binder with German MGA AMANIKI
HDI Global Specialty SE has announced the renewal of its underwriting agency agreement with German M&A insurance specialist MGA, AMANIKI.
The agreement also sees AMANIKI move from a co-insurance panel of capacity providers to a 100% exclusive binder with HDI Global Specialty.
The Frankfurt based MGA was formed in March last year and is one of the first standalone German MGAs to specialise in the M&A insurance market. It also has a subsidiary office in London and mainly focuses on UK and European risks.
